| Q.Why when I try to open load streamer, my screen is gray/blank or gives me some errors? |
| A. Follow these steps:(For Microsft Internet Explorer) |

Go to Tools - -> select Internet Options --> Advanced and scroll down to search Java[sun] in this window. If you do not see Java[sun] or have older version than JRE 1.5.0_.06, please go to www.java.com and have current java download. Also make sure you have most recent windows update as well. |
| Or go to www.java.com and click on verify installation and please follow the steps. |
| Q. Why I can not press "New Posting" or "New Search" buttons?

| A. It could be because of the following reasons: |

New Posting or New Search window may be already opened and may be hiding behind one of your other desktop application. |
| |
You may have been disconnected. Plese check the lower right corner of the streamer. It should indicate "Connected.....". If it is not connected please try to reconnect and try again. If it still does not work check the next possible reason. |

Try closing all browser windows (internet explorer or netscape). Open the browser again and try it again. This should resolve the problem. |
